You can only choose one of the folders so what is the difference?
Aesthetic folder files load certain props before buying the upgrades. This makes it all look better once you buy the upgrades and the NPCs spawn!
Proggresive folder does not load any props like the table with security TVs on it but it gives a more "rags to riches" feel if you really want that.
You will have to exit and re-enter the business in order for props to update which may be inconvenient for some.
Personally I recommend using the files inside Aesthetic folder!

(I do not recommend using EAI or Open All Interiors as it may break your map this is not an issue with my mod it is just EAI and OAI issues)

Installation:
Drag and drop the dll and ini files into your scripts folder
(You can edit the upgrades and costs in the .ini file however I recommend you do not)
